Requests are rate-limited per API client. The current limit is 120 requests per minute for reads and 60 per minute for writes; on-premise and source-code deployments can raise these.
Every response includes X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset headers. When you exceed the limit you get 429 rate_limited — back off and retry after the reset window.
