Pagination

List endpoints return up to 50 items by default (max 200 via limit). Responses are cursor-paginated: use the has_more flag and next_cursor to page forward. Cursors are opaque — pass them back unchanged.

For incremental sync, pass updated_since (RFC 3339 timestamp) to fetch only records changed after a point in time. Combine it with a stored cursor to keep an external system continuously in sync.
