Create and track a production order

A production order turns a plan into work on the shop floor. Apus tracks progress in real time and reconciles material consumption as it happens.

Issue the order

1. Go to Manufacturing → Production orders → Create order.
2. Select the finished product, the quantity and the BOM/routing to apply.
3. Issue materials per the BOM from the designated warehouse.

Record on the shop floor

Operators report progress at each operation; the data flows straight back to the production order. Managers see status in real time instead of waiting for an end-of-day summary.

Complete & reconcile

When finished goods are received into stock, Apus reconciles actual consumption against the BOM and records the variance — data that flows straight into costing and inventory.
