PAIN POINTS

A small system feels tight; a big one feels like overkill.

PAIN POINTSOUTCOMES

Need a fast, affordable start

Limited budget but want a serious platform.

$0/user
Adding users costs nothing
Billed by capacity

Fear of missing features when scaling

Worried about switching systems as you grow.

no rebuild
Expand on one platform

Fragmented integration when expanding

POS, CRM, HRM bought separately, hard to connect.

POS, CRM & HRM seamlessly connected
Pre-integrated

This is the flexible way in, for a company that does not yet need a fixed industry template: configure it around how you work, then widen it. If you would rather lock scope, price and the go-live date before signing, the packaged ERP is the same platform bought a different way — a different purchase, not a different product.

Full platform

Every stage has a module behind it, so when you expand you switch another module on instead of rebuilding the system.

The agents are not bolted onto this chain: each stage has one standing on that stage's own module, running inside the caller's permissions — so no two stages are joined by a connector.

FITTING MODULES

What you have in hand from day one.

Fast SaaS start

Fast setup, low upfront cost.

Full features

All modules from day one, no locks.

Expand on the same platform

Grow into ERP/CRM/HRM with no rebuild.

POS integration

POS synced with inventory & accounting.

Priced by resources

Unlimited users — the subscription is priced on capacity, and implementation is a separate line.

AI & Automation

Automation and AI assistant included.

A DAY IN OPERATIONS

A day at a company where everyone wears several hats.

In a mid-sized business one person holds several roles — so what counts is not more screens, it is how many times the same number has to be typed again.

Business owner

Goal

Know where the money is without waiting for accounting to write a report.

Modules
  • BI
  • Finance
  1. Open the morning dashboard: yesterday's revenue, cash on hand and what falls due to be paid.
  2. See what is selling fastest and what has sat longest in the warehouse before ordering again.
  3. Approve the over-limit spend requests from your phone, supporting documents attached.
  4. Read which customer balances are overdue and hand the chasing to whoever owns it.
  5. At the weekend, open the P&L to see which way the month is heading.

Sales lead

Goal

Close an order without ringing the warehouse to ask what is in stock.

Modules
  • CRM
  • Inventory
  1. Open the customers to be worked today, each with their most recent buying history.
  2. Raise the order: available stock and the customer's credit limit sit on the order screen itself.
  3. Send the quote from the system and follow how far the customer has responded.
  4. In-store sales are recorded by the POS and land in this same warehouse and this same ledger.
  5. End of day, read sales per rep and per product group against the monthly target.

Accountant

Goal

Keep the books on documents that already exist instead of retyping them.

Modules
  • Finance
  1. Open the queue of entries generated from the day's sales orders, goods receipts and payment vouchers.
  2. Approve in bulk the entries already matched to their documents, holding back what still needs explaining.
  3. Reconcile payables and receivables per partner and send each of them the statement.
  4. Record a payment and watch the cash balance update on the cash-flow board.
  5. Close the period: read the alerts for missing documents before you lock the books.

Inventory & purchasing lead

Goal

Never run out of what sells, never sit on what does not.

Modules
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  1. Open the below-minimum alerts and raise a purchase request for the items that hit the threshold.
  2. Compare several suppliers' quotes on one screen, then issue the purchase order.
  3. Receive goods: match what actually arrived against the purchase order and the invoice before it goes into stock.
  4. Transfer stock between the warehouse and the shop; the paperwork is written at both ends.
  5. Run the periodic count and approve the variance record so the system matches the shelf.

The steps describe the standard flow on the shared platform. You switch on the modules you need first and open the rest later on the same data, without rebuilding.

AGENTS ALREADY DO

Reconciling, chasing due dates, summarising and rolling up — the repetitive work running through the day above.

PEOPLE STILL DECIDE

Approving spend, settling on a plan, signing — anything that needs judgement still stops with a person.

PROVEN CAPABILITY

Full functionality from day one, priced on capacity rather than headcount — you grow without changing platform. First-year implementation is a separate cost line.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

A defined path, not an open-ended project.

  1. 01

    Survey & agree scope

Map current processes, the systems in use, data owners and which modules to switch on.

  2. 02

    Standardise & configure

Agree the standard processes, configure the system around them, fix roles and permissions.

  3. 03

    Migrate & run in parallel

Load master data and opening balances from the templates, run in parallel, reconcile and fix gaps.

  4. 04

    Go-live & expand

Run for real with an activation team, accept against a checklist, switch on further modules later.

Starting from a scope with clear boundaries is consistently faster and safer than switching everything on at once — expansion then happens on data that is already live.

Not the right fit at this stage if you need

  • To immediately replace a specialist system that is your system of record
  • Deep customisation outside the standard process before the system runs for real
  • Automated decisions replacing people at material control points
  • Multi-year historical data conversion before the source data is cleaned
FAQ

What business owners ask first.

Is the start fast and affordable?+

Yes. Start on SaaS with fast setup and low upfront cost.

Are all features included from the start?+

Yes. All modules from day one, no feature locks by plan.

Do we have to switch systems as we grow?+

No. Expand into ERP/CRM/HRM on the same platform, no rebuild.

How is it priced?+

By resources, not per seat — adding users costs nothing.

How long does implementation take and what does it cost?+

Duration depends on module count, legal entities and process complexity; the Essentials industry template commits to go-live in 90-120 days. The cost has three lines, all stated up front: implementation (one-off), capacity-based usage (recurring, never per user) and data migration (billed separately).

What happens to the data we hold in Excel or an older system?+

Apus provides standard import templates for master data, opening stock and opening receivables so your team can load them — that part is in the package. If you want Apus to map fields, clean and load for you, or to convert multi-year history, that is the separately billed data-migration line.
