Where is my data stored?+
On your company's own instance, operated by Apus, encrypted and backed up in layers. Your data is yours: if you leave, you receive a full data export and a certificate of deletion.
Is there a user limit?+
No. Dedicated Cloud is priced by module + storage tier, not per seat — adding users is free.
Can we move to self-hosted later?+
Yes. Your instance can move onto your own infrastructure; scope & cost are defined by the contract.
What is source-code escrow?+
An option to deposit source code with a third party, released to you under agreed conditions — added long-term peace of mind.
What uptime does Dedicated Cloud guarantee?+
Apus does not publish a single uptime figure for Dedicated Cloud. Availability, redundancy and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) follow the plan you choose and the SLA appendix of your contract.
