Plan preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance reduces unplanned downtime. Apus manages your equipment register, maintenance schedules and work orders on the same data as production.
Equipment register
- Go to Maintenance → Equipment and declare each machine/asset.
- Attach specifications, location and related history.
- Classify by criticality to set priorities.
Maintenance schedule
Schedule by time (periodic) or by usage (running hours, output). When it's due, the system generates a work order automatically.
Work orders
A work order is assigned to a technician and records parts and time. On completion, the data updates the equipment history and maintenance cost.
TIP
Prioritize preventive maintenance for your most critical equipment first — where a single breakdown does the most damage to production.
