Build an executive dashboard in BI
Apus BI reads operational data directly, so an executive dashboard reflects the current situation — not a snapshot from yesterday's report.
Pick your metrics
Identify 5–8 executive metrics that genuinely drive action, spread across finance, sales and operations. A focused few always beats a crowded board.
Build & arrange
- Go to BI → Dashboards → Create.
- Add cards bound to the dataset for each module.
- Choose the period and comparison; arrange by importance.
Share by role
Share the dashboard by role so each person sees only the data within their permission scope — the same RBAC as the rest of the platform.
TIP
Design the dashboard around a question ('what needs attention today?') rather than around the data you happen to have — people will open it every day.
