Schedule and share automated reports

Instead of waiting for someone to export a report every morning, Apus sends recurring reports automatically to the right people at the right time.

Choose the report

Pick a report or dashboard you've already built. Because the data is live, each delivery reflects the figures at the moment the schedule runs.

Set the schedule

1. Go to BI → Reports → Delivery schedule.
2. Set the frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) and the send time.
3. Choose the format (PDF or a dashboard link).

Recipients & permissions

Choose recipients by role. The system applies each recipient's data scope, so everyone sees only their own part even in a bulk delivery.
