Create a quotation and convert it to an order

Quotations in Apus share the same price lists, discount policies and inventory — so the numbers you send a customer always stay consistent with operations.

Build the quotation

1. Go to CRM → Quotations → Create and select the customer.
2. Add items; prices come from the applicable price list.
3. Apply discounts per policy; the system checks the allowed thresholds.

Approve & send

Discounts above the threshold are routed for approval automatically. An approved quotation can be exported to PDF or sent straight to the customer.

Convert to an order

When the customer agrees, convert the quotation into a sales order in one click — no re-keying line items, and stock is reserved right away.
