Manage organizations, units and users
Administrators manage the org structure, member units and user accounts in one place — the foundation for permissions and consolidated reporting.
Org structure
Update the org tree (companies, branches, departments) as the business changes. This tree determines data scope and how reports consolidate.
Manage users
- Go to Admin → Users to see all accounts.
- Activate, suspend or change roles as staff change.
- Review periodically to revoke access for people who have left.
Member units
For a group with multiple legal entities, each unit has its own data but can be consolidated at group level. Contract and account-owner management lives in the Apus Account Console.
TIP
Schedule a quarterly user review — revoking access for people who have left is the simplest, most effective security measure there is.
