How does Apus Platform work?
Apus Platform is a single platform for running a business: every module — finance, manufacturing, inventory, sales, HR — shares one data layer, so your numbers stay consistent without overnight syncing.
One data layer
Instead of stitching together separate applications, Apus records each transaction once and every module reads from that same data. A sales order affects inventory, receivables and reports immediately — with no lag between systems.
The modules
You turn on exactly the modules you need: Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (MES), Sales & CRM, Distribution (DMS), Human Resources (HRM), Quality (QMS), Maintenance (EAM), Documents (EDM) and BI. Each category in this help center maps to one module.
Next steps
- Sign in with the Apus ID account you were issued.
- Set up your organization and invite users (see Invite users).
- Assign permissions by department before rolling out more widely.
Start with one core module (e.g. Finance or Inventory), get comfortable, then expand gradually — it's easier to keep your data under control than turning everything on at once.
