Read and export the audit log

The audit log records important changes — who did it, what they did, when. This article shows how to filter and export it for internal review and compliance.

What the log records

Apus tracks sensitive actions: permission changes, edits to approved documents, MFA resets, configuration changes. Each entry includes who performed it, when, and the before/after values.

Filter & look up

1. Go to Admin → Audit log.
2. Filter by user, module, action type and date range.
3. Open an entry to see the details of what changed.

Export

Export the filtered results to a file for your records or for auditors. Because the log is append-only (it can't be edited), it's reliable evidence of system activity.
