qms

QMS – Quality

Quality management — inspections, non-conformances (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), checklists, standards and certificates. Records that gate incoming goods, in-process work and finished output, and prove compliance to auditors and customers. Feed a LIMS, an SPC tool or a supplier scorecard from these endpoints.

GET/v1/qms/quality-inspectionsScope: qms:read

List inspections

Returns a cursor-paginated list of quality inspections. Filter by outcome or by the document inspected.

Query parameters

limitoptional	integerPage size, 1–200 (default 50).
cursoroptional	stringPagination cursor from a previous response.
resultoptional	stringFilter by outcome: pass, fail or pending.
referenceoptional	stringFilter by the inspected document, e.g. a GRN or work order.

Record an inspection

Records a quality inspection against a document. A fail result can be escalated to a non-conformance.

Retrieve an inspection

Returns a single quality inspection by its id, including its measured lines.

Raises a non-conformance report (NCR) against a failed inspection.

Close a non-conformance

Closes a non-conformance report with a resolution note. Fails if it is already closed.

Open a CAPA

Opens a corrective/preventive action against a non-conformance and assigns an owner.
